Embark on a journey to the enchanting world of the Renaissance era Pirate Day at Old Falls Village Park's first annual Old Falls Renaissance Faire on September 13th and 14th, 2025. Nestled in the picturesque setting of Old Falls Village Park, this immersive event invites attendees to experience the splendor and spectacle of a bygone age.
Prepare to be transported back to the days of Queen Elizabeth I as Old Falls Village Park transforms into a bustling marketplace filled with live entertainment, interactive activities, and cultural experiences inspired by the Renaissance period. Highlights of the faire include:
Live Acts and Presentations: Delight in various live performances and presentations featuring jesters, jugglers, musicians, aerialists, and storytellers who will entertain and enthrall audiences of all ages with their talents and tales.
Live Music by Bounding Main Band: Groove to the rhythmic sounds of Bounding Main, a dynamic musical ensemble renowned for their captivating performances of maritime music and sea shanties, adding an authentic touch of the Renaissance era to the festivities.
Shakespearean Performances: Experience the timeless magic of William Shakespeare's works with live performances of scenes and monologues from his most beloved plays, presented in the style of the Elizabethan theater. Sunday only.
Vendor Booths: Explore a diverse array of vendor booths offering handcrafted goods, artisanal wares, and period-appropriate merchandise, providing an opportunity to shop for unique treasures and souvenirs.
Scavenger Hunt and Activities for Children: Engage young adventurers with a scavenger hunt designed to spark their curiosity and imagination, along with various interactive activities and rides tailored to the Renaissance theme.
Food and Refreshments: Indulge your senses with a delectable array of food and refreshments from various vendors, including traditional fare and modern delights, to satisfy every palate.
Old Falls Biergarten: Relax and unwind in the Old Falls Biergarten, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and soak in the atmosphere of the faire in a convivial outdoor setting.
The Old Falls Renaissance Faire promises a weekend of merriment, pageantry, and adventure for attendees of all ages. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a lover of the arts, or simply seeking a day of family-friendly fun, this event offers an unforgettable experience that celebrates the rich tapestry of the Renaissance period.
We encourage all to dress up in their favorite Renaissance Faire outfits. Weapons need to be peace tied.

Vendor and Display Rules
· Vending fees are set by Event Committee and benefit Old Falls Village Park.
· Vendors, upon arrival, please go to the Registration check in area before setting up your booth. They will have the layout of the vending area and will be able to direct you to your spot. Ask for Nancy G. or Lisa K.
· Requests are on a first-come first-serve basis with payment received, please register early. Art and Craft vendors are juried.
· You must provide your own security. There is no overnight security and items are not able to be displayed inside any buildings unless previously arranged. The Friends of Old Falls Village Park and the Village of Menomonee Falls are not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
· At this time, there is no vending space available inside buildings because the buildings are small. Requests for historical displays will be taken on an individual basis inside the buildings.
· NO SMOKING, OPEN FLAME, ENCLOSED FLAME OR FIRES ALLOWED INSIDE ANY BUILDING. All pit fires must be 50 feet from any building.
· Please let us know what you plan on selling, as we are keeping this Renaissance period related only. If you are unsure if your merchandise is appropriate, we will let you know. There is no guarantee that you will be the exclusive vendor of any type or product.
· NO weapons, NO firearms sales allowed. No fireworks nor Pyrotechnics. If in question, please ask. All weapons Peace Tied.
· NO political items are permitted for sale or to be on display unless they are period correct. Any questions, just ask.
· Please keep in mind and use restraint in the items you display/sell. They will be seen by the public/press, and we do not need complaints that may reflect unfavorably upon our hobby and Friends of Old Falls Village Park.
· During public hours, you will not be able to drive in the Park open areas, and no parking your vehicle in the vending area during the event hours. Vehicles must be parked in Reenactor parking on site or at remote lots. Contact for special situations.
· Leaving early while the event is still open is not encouraged. Contact the event coordinator.
· Food vendors, entertainment, biergarten, bathroom and porta-jons are all available during the event.
· Vendor/Display/Reenactor setup – Thursday or Friday before the event 11 AM- 6 PM
· Vender setup begins no EARLIER than Thursday 11 am. Check into with Event Vendor Coordinator, before setting up in your vending space. Contact us for special needs and times.
· The food vendor must have a WI certified Food License. Let us know if you are a non-profit. Please theme the food as much as possible to the event such as a Renaissance Faire turkey legs, corn on the cob, etc
· Provide your own cover/tent, tables, chairs. We have metal chairs to use for free, Tables are $7 each with a booth space, limited quantities.
